I found telephoning to obtain a quote very frustrating. Always a long waiting time and never phoned back when agent promised.
The quote was very competitive.

Excellent service slightly frustrated that leaving 3 messages for the original agent to contact me finally spoke to James who was extremely helpful and patient and although price was rather expensive was very reasonable compared to other insurance companies

First girl I spoke to was excellent
First girl I spoke to was excellent, 2nd was rather abrupt and told me no medical information was saved in my quote a I would have to go over everything again. 3rd representative Robert was excellent as well
